BGD – Base Lite

$4,500.00

The Base Lite is the best Sport class paraglider we have ever made. Based on the EN-B Base, the Base Lite really pulled out all the stops in a paraglider. Lighter means less inertia, creating higher overall performance, reduced shooting, increased roll stability and easier, sharper handling. Bruce increased the usable speed range by adding up to 3km/h to the top speed through the optimised speed bar. The ultra-streamline line set, mixing PPSL with both Kevlar and Dyneema micro lines, reduces drag and really improves performance by up to one point in the glide. Plastic wire reinforced leading edge mini-ribs create a solid leading edge on speed by essentially adding 80 cells without the weight/seams of full ribs. In addition, the Base Lite has a strong sharknose, Cord Cut Billow and Bruce Goldsmith handling. And all that fits into a little bag, amazing!

All in all, the Base Lite launches in the most ambitious patches, sniffs and bites thermals like a great white, climbs like a eagle, speeds like Road Runner, and glides like a foiling catamaran, with an improvement in passive safety.

Niviuk Ikuma

$4,250.00

We are proud to introduce the Ikuma, a new easy performance glider able to cary you through the best XC routes with the best performance-safety ratio.

UP Kibo

$4,300.00

With the new UP Kibo (EN B), UP puts a whole new product branch on the UP family tree

The ideal mid-range EN B glider, and a perfect all-rounder at heart, the UP Kibo is built to progress on – it is the perfect mix between a very safe and forgiving beginner’s wing and a performance-and-XC paraglider, meaning it will teach its pilot exactly how performance gliders fly, but it will look after them while doing so. It sits comfortably between the new Makalu 4 and the new Summit XC4 in the UP model range.

UP Summit XC 4

$4,600.00

The Summit XC4 is a high-end EN B wing that is very easy to fly, and even more to the point, it is a wing that is very easy to fly far on. The handling is close to that of our popular high-end EN C wing, the Trango XC3, meaning it will communicate with its pilot, and let them know precisely what is going on where, without feeling nervous in the process. The glide at high speeds, critical for headwind performance on XC flights, has been improved compared to the Summit XC3, and with the light and efficient speed system and the very stable aerofoil there is simply no reason to hang around – just mash that bar, comfortable in the knowledge that you can control any forward pitch with the C-handles even before they turn into proper surges.
